Hélène Binet

Hélène Binet wurde 1959 in der Schweiz geboren. Von 1982 bis 1984 studierte sie Fotografie am Europäischen Institut für Design in Mailand und Kunstgeschichte an der Universität von Rom. Nach ihrer Rückkehr in die Schweiz arbeitete sie zwei Jahre für das Grand Théâtre in Genf und wandte sich dann der Architektur-Fotografie zu. Sie arbeitete mit den grössten zeitgenössischen Architekten wie Daniel Liebeskind, Zaha Hadid und Peter Zumthor, dessen Arbeit sie für viele Ausstellungen und Publikationen dokumentierte. Gleichzeitig schuf sie auch persönlichere Werke über Architekten wie Alva Aalto und Le Corbusier.
